Responsibilities
Perform administrative functions to support NMDC Tendering Department’s operations, including organizing, categorizing and maintaining both physical and digital records.
- Access the CRM system to download, store in appropretate tender department folder and distribute to Internal NMDC team member and relevant stakeholders.
- Create and manage the NMDC tender database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all tenderrelated documents.
- Maintain structured filing system for tender related documents and ensure that they are easily retrievable.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization and filing of all tender documents, adhering to NMDC standards and ISO 9001.
- Update tender records and ensure the correct documentation is associated with each tender project.
