Document Controller-

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following.

• All documentation related to changes shall be communicated to relevant document controller for action and update in systems.
• Lead implementors (Job pilots) will coordinate with document controller about all areas that will require update for example inventory for drawing upload in material master, AVEVA in case of change in equipment data or PID related information, etc.; all changes shall be recorded as required and followed up till closure in line with RIK status follow up.
• Responsible for keeping a record in hard copy for each RIK case.
• Receive the signed submitted forms from Job pilots for RIK close out form completed and for filing and record and to record the overall time taken from start to closure.
• Calling for follow up meetings as required to ensure actions are taken timely and completed within stipulated time frame as per action plan.
