About the Role

We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Senior Document Controller to join a consultancy environment in Helsinki, supporting planning services across construction projects.

You’ll play a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control project documentation in line with project requirements
• Maintain structured systems ensuring version control and traceability
• Coordinate documentation across planning, engineering, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and audit requirements
• Support reporting and documentation processes
