- Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert in MS Office (specialty in Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Experience as a document controller will be an advantage
- Good communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Join immediately
- Manage office administration activities and day‑to‑day coordination
- Answer phones professionally and route calls as necessary
- Receive, register, distribute, and follow up on enquiries
- Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes for branch and individual meetings
- Copy, scan, and store documents, ensuring accuracy and editing files such as contracts
- Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows) and distribute project‑related copies to internal teams
