We envision to create a better future together through learning, training, and simulation.

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Division Head to lead and scale one of our New Services divisions for Learning Technologies Business Unit. This leadership role emphasizes AI/ML-powered learning analytics and business growth strategy in the training and education industry.

The ideal candidate brings a robust background in data analytics, product management, and learning science, with proven experience in managing high-performing teams and delivering data-driven solutions that impact learner success and business performance.
