Opportunity
This position works out of our Nutrition Division. As a District Sales Manager you will be responsible to manage Territory Manager's covering a specific territory with defined targets and resources.
Job Details
- Achievement of monthly target per Product with a goal of achieving annual targets.
- Managing financial resources for the district specifically for promotional expenses that should lead to achievement of Targets.
- Managing Territory Managers by ensuring that the KPIs expected of said Territory Managers are consistently achieved.
- Conduct product presentations and focus group discussions for the team when a resource speaker is unavailable.
- Train existing Territory Managers in terms of overall development.
- Collaborate with distributors of our products to ensure efficient delivery to points of purchase.
