2.Responsible for sorting and mailing certificates to ensure accuracy.
3.Authorize the release of commercial vehicles.
4.Timely report system issues or unexpected events to relevant consultants for resolution.
5.Handle replacement and reissue of vehicle documents in cases of expiration, loss, or damage.
