Director – Solution Ownership

Who You’ll Work With 

As a Director-level Solution Owner, you’ll be part of Slalom’s Product Engineering & Cloud capability, working alongside multidisciplinary teams of engineers and architects. You’ll collaborate closely with client executives, product owners, and cross-functional go-to-market leaders to shape and deliver transformative solutions that embed AI into core business processes. 

In alignment with the Market Solutions track, you’ll play a key role in connecting delivery excellence with business growth—partnering across teams to support sales efforts, develop solution offerings, and drive measurable client impact. You’ll also lead and mentor a team of Solution Owners, helping them grow into AI-literate, business-minded delivery leaders.
