Director - Major Capital Projects

Position OverviewDirector Major Capital Projects oversees delivery of large healthcare projects working with the Transformation Management Office Capital and Shared Health Capital & Facility Management. Leads assigned projects from functional programming through design, occupancy and operationalization. Oversees planning, partnership arrangements, tendering, project delivery and construction strategies. Works with project managers, consultants, contractors and service delivery organizations to apply project management principles uniformly to achieve scope, budget and schedule.
Main FunctionLead Service Delivery Organizations (SDOs) and healthcare organizations in planning and delivery of major renovations and new facility construction in the province. Aid completion of facility upgrades and new construction associated with the Clinical Preventive Services Plan.
