" Lead the Server Operations team across global regions providing 24/7 coverage for production, UAT, and development environments

" Own the availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency of production infrastructure across hybrid environments

" Manage the full lifecycle of hybrid compute environments across AWS, Azure, and on premises infrastructure

" Serve as senior escalation point for critical production incidents and drive root cause analysis to resolution

" Lead cloud and data center infrastructure operations including AWS services, server lifecycle management, and cost optimization programs
