Job Description

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, DePuy Synthes. The separation is anticipated to be completed within 18‑24 months, subject to legal requirements, regulatory approvals, and consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies.

Upon conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, governed by its employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Details of any planned changes would be provided by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time.
