Director, End-to-End NPI & Central Process Engineering

Nexperia is seeking a Director of CPE & NPI in Seremban, Malaysia. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for the industrialization strategy of assembly and final test technologies. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 50 personnel, ensuring the seamless transition of new products from concept to high-volume manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with strong expertise in advanced packaging technologies and a track record of leading large-scale engineering functions.
