• To enhance or increase Beyonics’ intangibleasset value by helping to set up best in class tool room across Beyonics’operation units.
• Reshape & repackage Beyonics existingtool room to create a strong image of an iconic tool room image to attractbusiness and grow customer base.
• Using the iconic tool room to position Beyonics strategically to attractdesired customers and improve our customer base.
• Using CoE tool room as factory power house orbooster to change customer perception of Beyonics & improve Beyonics brandname.
• Creating high differentiation fromcompetitors.
• Monitor & analyze gaps between Beyonics, marketplace & strategic customer’s requirement. Plug the gap on time to avoidlosing business opportunity.
