Position Summary

The Director BD Excellence TDS (Technology and Digital Solutions) will be responsible for driving the adoption and execution of the BD Excellence vision and strategy across our TDS organization.

This position is a key partner in our journey to BD Excellence, acting as reference and advisor to the CIO, EVP Technology & Digital Solutions and will support the leadership team in managing the Continuous Improvement process, with emphasis on visual management, problem solving and kaizen and will assist in deploying of strategic plans (such as the implementation of a product delivery model), ensuring alignment through cascading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) top-down and bottom-up.
