Direct Support Professional

The primary responsibility of the Direct Support Professional is to create and preserve a culture of excellence, compassion and integrity in the delivery of services to our individuals.

The DSP is responsible for ensuring comfort, safety, and general supervision of individuals in both the home and in the community as well as home management services.

The DSP will ensure compliance to all applicable regulations and requirements and provide opportunities and support for our individuals to build and develop a sense of belonging in the community through active inclusion, and to build interest and develop skills.
