DevSecOps Associate Manager

**Description:** We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished leader to spearhead our DevSecOps Engineering team in support of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program. As a Functional Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the development and implementation of robust secure software development lifecycle practices, guaranteeing the integrity and security of our systems across the entire design-to-deployment spectrum.
In this role, you will serve as the leader of all DevSecOps Engineers within the Ground System, with a focus on attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining top engineering talent. Your key responsibilities will include:
