DevOps Software Engineer

PGS Worldwide is seeking a DevOps Software Engineer in Fort Worth, TX for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The DevOps Software Engineer will support migration of a software development network to an AWS GovCloud-based environment. This role focuses on setting up pipelines, configuring development environments, supporting Linux-based software development, and working daily with engineering teams in a collaborative Agile environment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or another STEM-related discipline.


• 3+ years of AWS GovCloud experience.


• 3+ years of GitLab experience in a pipeline environment.


• Minimum 5 years of C++ and Python experience.


• Linux-based software development experience.


• Experience with object-oriented software development.
