Development Engineer – Lloydminster Thermal Team
Reporting to the Team Lead, Development, the Development Engineer will formulate and execute asset development plans and prioritize capital utilization to optimize asset value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of the annual capital program.
- Ensure deployed development capital meets or exceeds internal financial expectations.
- Prioritize and optimize development capital to maximize asset value.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long‑term plans for the asset.
- Collaborate with a multi‑discipline team to identify, evaluate, prioritize, plan, and execute new pad developments, plant debottlenecks/expansions, and new technologies.
