Reporting to the Economic Development Director, this crucial role involves developing career programming and coordinating initiatives. You will assist members in job readiness, career exploration, and accessing educational training opportunities while maintaining their confidential records as per YKDFN policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide career counseling and job readiness support to YKDFN members
• Design and deliver workshops integrating Dene culture
• Build relationships with local employers and community organizations
• Coordinate career fairs and recruitment events
• Track participation and outcomes for funding compliance
