Career Development Advisor — Elevate Hospitality Careers

EHL Group in Lausanne is seeking a Career Development Advisor to support students' personal, professional and career growth through coaching, coordination and administrative activities. You will partner with the Learning, Development & Career Department (LDC) to extend support beyond academics and enrich the student experience.

You will co-design services, run career events, and manage communications with learners and stakeholders while contributing to operational excellence.
