Lead SFMC Developer

We are seeking an experienced SFMC Lead Developer with deep hands‑on expertise across Automation Studio, Journey Builder, complex audience segmentation, Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), and enterprise integrations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating in a pharma environment, with strong data governance sensibilities and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable omnichannel journeys. The ideal candidate will partner closely with platform architects (e.g., CRM, Web, CMS) while leading technical design and building for Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs. This is a hands‑on technical role, not purely strategic, requiring someone who can architect, develop, troubleshoot, optimise, and operationalise journeys at scale.
