Desktop Support Engineer

IT Solution Singapore is looking to appoint a Desktop Support Engineer to join its IT team in the Singapore office.

Remuneration is commensurate with qualifications and work experience.

• Provide 1st to 2nd level desktop support for end-users
• Work closely with customers and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Assist customers with technical support of desktop computers, applications and related technologies, including installation, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PCs, operating systems and application software
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate and provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
• Manage hardware and software requisition as well as inventory for all IT equipment and coordinate disposal as required
