Responsibilities
- Provide on-site helpdesk support for end-users, including troubleshooting network, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients to resolve IT-related issues and support project implementation.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes/upgrade.
- Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, office relocations, and new deployments.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct standard client system setup, patching, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Perform Active Directory domain and GPO system administration.
- Perform IT assets management, IT procurement administration, and maintenance contract management.
