Designer (Performance Creative)

We are IG Group, a publicly‑traded FTSE250 fintech company that runs mobile, web and desktop platforms to help clients trade stocks & shares, leveraged products, futures & options and crypto.

• Own the design and production of paid media assets across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and programmatic – static, animated and short‑form video formats.
• Partner with the performance marketing team to build a structured creative testing roadmap: hypothesise, produce variants and iterate on what works.
• Design and maintain App Store listing visuals (screenshots, feature graphics, preview videos) for iOS and Android across APAC and ME markets.
• Build high‑converting landing pages in close collaboration with developers and CRO specialists.
• Localise creative for key markets – adapting tone, imagery and messaging for Singapore, Australia, Japan and UAE audiences.
