You must have a Bachelor’s degree/certificate in HCI, Design, or similar discipline, or the equivalent education and experience3 – 4 years of experience working on design systems, or enterprise product designProven track record of working on an enterprise-wide design system within a large, global organizationStrong command of typography, spacing, color theory, hierarchy, motion, and interaction designDeep expertise in UI/UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and design systemsExperience level of experience working in Figma, or similar toolsYour Role
