Design Manager - Multidisciplinary

Role Purpose

Lead and grow multi‑disciplinary design and technical teams delivering complex Advanced Process Manufacturing (APM) projects across the full lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide overall design leadership and governance across large, multi‑disciplinary projects or portfolios.
• Ensure design delivery meets quality, safety, cost, programme, and client expectations.
• Lead, review, and approve technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with Arcadis standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Directors on delivery strategy, risk, and commercial matters.
• Manage resources effectively, including workforce planning, recruitment, and capability development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, performance, and profitability.
