Design Engineer III

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Design Engineer III for a contract position with a Leading Technology Firm located in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves performing comprehensive power analysis at various design stages, from RTL to GDSII. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and automation of power analysis flows, investigate power inefficiencies, and provide actionable feedback to the RTL design team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive power analysis at various design stages, spanning from RTL to GDSII


• Contribute to the development, improvement, and automation of various power analysis flows. This includes gathering and analyzing large datasets for power modeling via automated processes


• Investigate and address power inefficiencies, providing actionable feedback to the RTL design team
