Derivatives and Structured Products Associate

A leading international law firm is seeking a Junior Associate to join its highly regarded Derivatives and Structured Products team in London.

The role involves advising on a broad range of derivatives and structured finance transactions, including the establishment and updating of structured products programmes, securitised and OTC derivatives, hedging arrangements, structured repo and securities lending arrangements, and repackagings. The team also provides regulatory advice related to these areas.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of post-qualification experience gained at a top-tier firm, with a strong academic background and excellent drafting and communication skills. Experience in derivatives and structured products is essential, along with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape.
