Role : Infra and RE (Renewable Energy) Equipment & services procurement
Designation: Deputy Manager
Roles & Responsibility
- Work as a part of Global Procurement team reporting to Category lead for all procurement under infra and RE category.
- Ownership of partner Onboarding and Contract Management (SOW, MSA, NDA, Commercial Agreements & similar legal & subcontracting agreements)
- Responsible for identifying partners, floating RFI/RFP, arranging bidding, negotiating terms and conditions for supply of required product as per SOW defined by user.
- To ensure closure of all commercials transaction/partner finalization as per HCL procurement Policy.
- To benchmark commercials against current market trends and earlier purchase transactions.
- Facilitate communication with/between partners, users and other stakeholders for technical discussions and partner evaluation. ...
