Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Together with the Senior DGM, setting the strategy for the departmentManage and oversee team performance through performance planning, coaching and performance appraisalsBuild strong relationships with leaders across the organisation and group companies (EU-CIS region) to promote the role of IRMEnhance and maintain the relationship with insurance companies and brokers in Europe including Japanese insurance companies where they have existing business to leverage their relationshipQualifications required:
Degree qualified in business administration, accounting, finance or a related area, or qualified by experienceProfessional qualification in an insurance business area such as ACII, CPCU at least Cert CII ideal or qualified by experienceExperience required:
