What You'll Do
- Lead South East Asia DTC merchandize planning team responsible for preseason buys and in-season forecasting & inventory management
- Create a pre-season product level forecast in units, revenue and margin, and present to management
- Develop inventory strategy per product category aligned with Open to Buy budget and specific channel requirements
- Own monthly Demand review and relevant S&OP sections to ensure all stakeholders are aligned to the plan and risks & opportunities are escalated
- Update monthly sales forecast based on most recent trends, promotion activities, and distribution strategy to improve inventory availability
- Track weekly sales, analyze sell-thru rates and gaps and propose corrective actions to merchant, commercial and allocation teams
