ROLE: HEALTHCARE FORMS DESIGNER/COORDINATOR



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

" Primary resource for advice for the Client for Medical record forms document design & Medical record forms revisions -- Convert appropriate medical record forms to digital platforms - identify and develop digital document opportunities

" Primary resource when applicable, become active member of the Clients Facility Form Committee group that reviews medical forms requiring edits or new form design

" Primary resource for document production needs of for both litho / web printing as well as digital print solutions
