Delivery Manager

Overview

The Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery and release management for the BCC (Billing, Customer & Charging) squad, with primary accountability for BCC Major and Ad-hoc releases.

This role serves as the single point of coordination and accountability for planning, governance, readiness, and execution of BCC releases, ensuring changes are delivered safely, predictably, and in compliance with organisational controls.

The Delivery Manager works closely with BCC application teams, Business stakeholders, Network, Operations, Infrastructure, and Vendors to ensure all release activities are properly scoped, aligned, approved, and executed with minimal business impact.
