SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide end-to-end support to Flight Crew and Client Account Managers, including pre-flight arrangements, in-flight coordination, and post-flight follow-up. Prepare accurate flight routing and itineraries, ensuring compliance with crew duty time and rest regulations per SOPs and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs). Coordinate customs scheduling and notifications; pre-alert customs and immigration agencies for confirmed flights. Secure foreign government landing and overflight permits, and arrange international handling as required. Implement operational changes to flight schedules, including revising arrangements and sourcing replacement aircraft in collaboration with Flight Crew, Maintenance, and Client Account Managers.
