Role Overview

The Deal Manager is primarily responsible for executing transactions of, and assisting corporate clients in their debt and/or equity fund raising exercises, advising them on merger and acquisition transactions and valuation exercises. The Deal Manager is directly responsible for the timely implementation of workflows and delivering the detailed investment banking output in the specific transactions the Deal Manager is working on or assisting in. Deals include equity offerings, (Initial Public Offerings, Follow‑On Offerings, Rights Offers), syndicated loans, project finance, strategic acquisitions, valuation and financial advisory services.
