Position Responsibilities:

Support site infrastructure assessment, selection, contract negotiations of technical scope, and facilitates site acceptance of AWS colocation (colo) data center projects. Review vendor designs to identify risks/gaps and then implement the latest AWS design standards in colocations either by intercepting/influencing designs, or by driving upgrades within existing facilities to meet acceptable standards. Assess infrastructure, redundancy model, and availability risks, and then engage internal or external resources in various disciplines based on risk assessment to identify solutions to resolve or mitigate risks.
