What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment.
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Partner with operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive equipment reliability.
Guide and support maintenance personnel through coaching, task planning, and technical assistance.
