Schedule:   Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Salary:  $61,400

The Day Program Director will oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a specified Day Program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Day Program is designed to increase the quality of life for each individual and participant. The Day Program Director will ensure proper standards and regulations are adhered to as set forth by the funding sources and also work to ensure programs meet the quality standards and provide value to each individual.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Direct and manage the activities of program staff. Hire staff appropriate to the position. Utilize staff appropriately with the goal of optimizing effort and achieving operational and financial goals.
