Sutherland is seeking a Services Engineer for GIS, responsible for delivering expert technical support during the deployment of NICE products. The position focuses on ensuring smooth operations during the Day 1 phase of product implementation, collaborating with Business Partners and NICE engineers.

The candidate should possess strong technical expertise to resolve complex issues and facilitate a successful launch. This is a temporary work-from-home position based in Bogotá.
