Database Validation & Data Cleansing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our customer (HCP/HCO) database. This role is critical in supporting data validation, cleansing, and alignment activities to maintain high-quality records across multiple CRM platforms.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validate, clean, and update customer database records, ensuring accuracy of addresses, specialties, and contact details.
• Identify and resolve duplicate records within large datasets to maintain database integrity.
• Verify PMDC numbers for HCPs through the PMDC portal and update missing information.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to confirm customer details, territory alignments, and hcp best meeting times.
• Update Value Segmentation survey data and coordinate corrections with internal stakeholders.
• Manually validate “suspect match” records
