Database- Practice Head

You are responsible for the end-to-end management of all the database engagement in Minfy, which includes P&L, EBITDA management, people management, technical advice, planning, pre-sales, proposals, providing solutions, recruitment,succession planning, up- skilling, etc. Responsibilities Strategic planning of Database practice to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly goals. Responsible for the overall productivity of the team by running initiatives for automation, process improvements, Accountable for pre-sales, project intake and estimation.

Accountable for the DBA technical leadership from project initiation to delivery. Work closely with the client as regards delivery approach conception, methodology and eventual delivery. Ensuresappropriate organization, governance, decision making, and delivery structures are in place to drive outcomes articulated in the business case, business requirements, and program/project charter.
