Database Administrator Intern

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver production database platforms on cloud.
• Provide production databases on cloud with 24×7 technical support and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
• Optimize database performance and tuning on cloud.
• Implement fully high availability for databases on cloud.
• Work with R&D to keep databases at latest patching and version.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
• Knowledge of database theory and database system architecture.
• Strong in one or more coding languages such as PHP, Shell, Python, Java, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud computing.
• Strong interest in database technology and solving RDMS and NoSQL problems in a DBaaS environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB on cloud is a plu...
