Database Administration I:Accountable For:
Responsible for providing support for operational database services to the organization.Owns, tracks, and resolves database related events, issues, incidents and coordinate with respective application and infra owners.Supports 24x7 operations in rotating shifts, resolves incidents within SLAsReviews service-related reports (database backups, maintenance, monitoring) daily to ensure service related issues are identified and resolved within established SLAsResponding to investigate database related alerts and escalations and working with others within the organization to come up with strategic solutions to recurring problems.
