Data Systems Manager

Acumen is looking for a Data Systems Manager with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to build and strengthen our data systems, reporting, and enable our teams to make data-driven decisions. The role combines technical leadership with team enablement — overseeing architecture, integrations, data governance, and reporting. It also includes building and training a globally distributed data operations team to foster long-term adoption and data excellence. This role is based anywhere in Colombia, with some travel to our office in Bogotá as required.
