Ryze AI (https://www.get-ryze.ai/) is building AI agents that run profitable performance marketing for small and mid-sized businesses—no agency, no manual campaign babysitting. Founded by alumni of Dentsu, Google, Meta, and Omnicom, we manage millions in ad spend and are growing quickly. Role: Data Scientist, Marketing Intelligence You’ll own the experimentation and measurement engine behind our AI agents: Design and run experiments (A/B tests, incrementality, traffic allocation) to measure lift and guide strategy. Analyze multi-channel ad performance and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations. You bring: Degree in a quantitative field (Stats, CS, Data Science, Economics, etc.). Strong stats/experimentation background and experience with causal methods. Nice to have: experience with Google/Meta Ads, attribution tools, Airflow/dbt, and cloud warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake), plus dashboarding for marketing performance.
