About The Job

As a Data Scientist – Workforce Analytics, you will build scalable analytics and predictive models that power Strategic Workforce Planning across Allianz Technology. As part of the People Analytics team, you will work closely with People & Culture and business leaders to forecast workforce demand and supply, identify skills gaps, and inform build/buy/borrow strategies. Your work will turn complex workforce datasets into actionable insights, data products, and decision support tools that improve talent outcomes, productivity, and cost efficiency—while upholding the highest standards of data privacy and ethics.

What You Do

• Conduct in-depth data analysis and exploratory studies on workforce datasets from People & Culture, payroll, learning, time & attendance, and finance systems to uncover trends and insights that support Strategic Workforce Planning.
