The RoleAs a Data Science & AI Intern – Customer Experience Insights, you will support a strategic initiative to transform how Customer Experience (CX) data is consolidated, analyzed, and used across the GM Middle East network. You will work on integrating multiple siloed CX data sources and applying data science and AI techniques to generate insights, recommend actions, and improve visibility for field teams and dealers. This internship offers the opportunity to work on an end‑to‑end analytics project from understanding complex data landscapes to building AI‑enabled insight capabilities. You will collaborate with CX Digital and cross‑functional partners, contributing to a future‑state analytics framework with real business impact.
