Data Management Lead

Primary Duties 1. Documents end to end data flows and system dependencies across Engineering, GIS, Operations, and Snowflake. 2. Validates and tests data across Asset Management, GIS, Work Management, and Snowflake to confirm alignment and consistency. 3. Analyzes critical datasets to identify completeness gaps, rule violations, and referential integrity issues impacting engineering and operational data. 4. Diagnoses root causes of data issues and drives effective remediation in partnership with business and technical teams. 5. Facilitates cross functional working sessions to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and align data with operational processes and field reality. 6.
