Data Governance Manager

Location - All LTM Locations Notice Period - 0-30 Days Role Summary Lead end-to-end delivery of HDFC Bank's data governance programs — across data governance, MDM, and data quality workstreams. Manage timelines, dependencies, vendor coordination, and stakeholder alignment for large-scale banking initiatives spanning cloud and on-prem environments. Must-Have Skills 10 years of program/project management experience in banking or BFSI Hands-on PM experience delivering Data Governance, MDM, and Data Quality projects Strong understanding of cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and data platform delivery Stakeholder management across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams Risk, issue, and dependency tracking; release & change management Tooling: Jira, MS Project, Confluence PMP / Prince2 / SAFe Agile certification preferred Nice-to-Have Prior delivery experience with HDFC Bank or top-tier Indian private banks Familiarity with RBI data governance circulars and DPDPA Exposure to Collibra, Informati...
