Data Entry Engineer

What will you be doing?

• Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) customer data into Factorial’s SaaS platform using internal tools and low‑code automation.
• Lead the migration process for customers moving from legacy systems, ensuring historical data remains intact, compatible, and accurate.
• Manage the integration of multiple data sources, ensuring consistency and resolving any formatting conflicts during the loading process.
• Accurately input text, numerical data, and customer information into Factorial’s systems where automated solutions are not yet available.
• Handle sensitive and confidential HR/customer data with a high level of discretion and in strict accordance with security protocols.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, supporting their data‑related needs.
